Refund Policy:  Reservations may be made up to six months in advance to allow our hunters to make travel arrangements. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation and the remainder of your balance to be paid upon arrival. Windmill Farms, Inc. does not provide any refunds of the deposit, including inclement weather, however, we will attempt to accommodate rescheduling with requests put in writing a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled start date.  Windmill Farms does not provide refunds once the hunt has begun.
